		<description>Simon, I agree! I happened to join a really great club with a mix of advanced people and newer ones. I visit many other clubs as well, and I&#039;m involved with the whole district. I encourage other Toastmasters to do the same! Thank you for the thought!</description>

90% of tm groups are great but don&#039;t assume that yours will be.  Don&#039;t just go to the nearest: try it, get objective feedback on it and then try others....  Like I say, 90% of them are great but as a professional I&#039;ve seen some very (VERY!) bad advice being given there too.

The great thing about them is that you get feedback from your peers, but remember they&#039;re just peers, not experts.

I don&#039;t want to sound like a killjoy but it&#039;s a point worth having at the back of your mind.
